Sensitive.
Feeling everything at once is the greatest weakness and my greatest strength.
I hurt easily but I also forgive easily.
I am easily disappointed but can easily find joy.
I can wake up draped in a cloud of heaviness and by noon I am sitting on cloud nine because I have found a way to soak myself in every moment that I can.
I will be distressed by the state of the world but so hopeful at the glimmer of the smallest bit of love – and maybe it’s crazy.
Maybe it’s all too wild and unpredictable.
Maybe I shouldn’t let the small things matter so much.
But a sensitive heart is all that I know.
And I think in some way, it has made me see both the beauty and the ache in life.
And it’s not that I am foolish but rather, I am learning how every detail of my growing is in watching how God causes all these things to fall into place. ~ Ullie-Kaye
